Pineapple Sheera is Sheera with diced pineapple in it, providing a sweet-tart zing in every bite. The process remains same as that of sheera except that milk is not used in this recipe.

Sheera / Kesari bath in plain simple terms it is a semolina pudding. Semolina is roasted in ghee and combined with sugar and saffron infused milk/water and cooked until all the liquid is absorbed and then mixed with ghee roasted cashew-nuts and raisins.
Versunkener Apfelkuchen is a plain batter cake in which slit quartered apples are laid on top of the batter and as the cake bakes, the batter rises around the apples, encasing them and giving the impression of the apples peeking out of the golden brown crust.
The Bik-nana Halwa is a Banana-Jackfruit seed Halwa and it is named after the two main ingredients in it viz. Jackfruit seeds, known as Bikna in Konkani and Banana/ ripe plantain.
Among the varieties of Halwa available in India, the Banana Halwa is right up there among the favourites. You can make this with Bananas as well as the ripe plantain, popularly known as Nendran banana.
